...is especially hard for me. The gray skies reflect my mood and my patience with others is non-existent.
If I were to fill out a survey today...I would list sleeping as my hobby! If I'm not asleep I seem to be counting the hours until I can go back to sleep.
Living with depression for 30 years has helped me realize.......'this too shall pass'. Hopefully soon!
